Begin your culinary journey with a selection of small appetizers, including Spicy Corn Tortillas, Guacamole with Avocado, Shallots, and Coriander, and a Crispy Endive Salad with Blue Cheese, Toasted Nuts, and Lime Vinaigrette. The star of the night is our Giant Grilled Meat Skewer, featuring Charcoal Grilled Beef Kebab, Lamb Kofta, and Marinated Chicken, perfectly paired with Spicy BBQ Corn, Pimento Del Padron Peppers, and a variety of flavourful dips and sauces.
